BACKGROUND

Theran Hold comes from a merchant family living in Suzail. The familys trade was in transporting edible goods, vegetables and meats from nearby farms and smaller towns. Theran never was much into the merchantile side of the business, but he liked to spend time with the caravan guards and trained with them. After spending some time protecting the family business he decided to devote his life in serving Helm and protecting the nation, firstly by studying the helmite faith and later by joining service of the Purple Dragons of Cormyr as a cleric.
